• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We absolutely do! Orders placed outside of the US varies from which country you are in, so if it says that we are not accepting orders from your country, please contact us and we will try to come up with a solution. The only country we are not shipping to is the UK. Thank you!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  ✧ Please note it may take longer to arrive due to shipping delays. ✧

  Shipping dates are usually on Saturdays. I work full time during the weekend and often times won't be able to make it to the post office hours so I send all my orders on Saturdays.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  If your item is a pre-order, it may vary between 1 to 6 months because it is being made. Please wait patiently! We are doing our best to create your order.

• Pin Grading System

  STANDARD GRADE ENAMEL PIN

  ✧✧This is the highest quality of pins we offer. It does not show any major imperfections, but may have the following *minor* imperfections:

  ✧Slight scratches or marks on metal or enamel surface

  ✧Slight specks, dots, bubbles, or dust on enamel

  ✧Slightly low or uneven fill

  ✧Imperfections on the back or side of pins

  ✧✧Other slight imperfections that are only visible upon close-up inspection and/or looking at the pin under certain lighting or specific angles*

  B GRADE/SECOND GRADE ENAMEL PIN

  ✧✧Seconds have one or more defects shown below:

  ✧Noticeable smudges and/or stains on the metal and/or enamel

  ✧Oxidization of metal

  ✧Noticeable or deep scratches that span across the metal and/or enamel

  ✧Very low fills in larger or visually important areas

  ✧Slightly loose posts/backings

  ✧Different color or discoloration

  We are sorry, we do not offer Collector/Perfect Grade pins.

• Can I cancel or get a refund for my preorder?

  No, preorders cannot be canceled or refunded because it is to help fund for the pin! Thank you for understanding. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions or concerns.

• Do you ship to the UK?

  Yes, we have started shipping to the UK again. The buyer is fully responsible for any taxes, including VAT taxes. We will not be responsible for any taxes after the item has been shipped. We thank you for your understanding and support!

• Do you take any custom clothing/cosplay orders?

  We absolutely do! Please contact us for more information. For clothing and/or cosplay orders, we will need your size and reference pictures of the outfit you want to be created. We will provide you with all the information needed.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
